We offer this website, along with all information and content available on it, on the premise that you accept these terms and conditions along with the associated privacy policy, which you can also find on our website.
By visiting this website, and/or purchasing something from Latitude 50 Landscapes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site. You must not transmit any worms or viruses, or, any code of a destructive nature. Any breaches or violations or any of the Terms in this agreement will result in immediate termination of your services.

ONLINE STORE
Our product photography aims to illustrate the end product as accurately as possible, however, what you see on your computer monitor/device may differ slightly. We therefore cannot guarantee that your computer monitors display of any colour will be totally accurate.
On rare occasions we may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons:
1 - The item or quantity of products you have ordered is out of stock
2 - We have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment is fraudulent.
3 - There has been a pricing or product description error.
4 - Failed customer validation checks
Our prices are subject to change without notice, as are any parts of the services and products that we offer.
Our site is updated regularly, and the content may change at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the site. Any material on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions about these terms, then please make contact before placing the order by contacting us at info@latitude50landscapes.co.uk.
Upon placing an order for goods (and delivery), you will receive confirmation of your order. A contract between you and Latitude 50 Landscapes for the sale and delivery of the goods will exist once your order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. Payment will be taken from your credit/debit/paypal account at the time you place your order.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of any products and/or services.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide complete, current and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to update any changes to your account information, including contact details (such as email address), in order that we can complete your transactions and contact you as required.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however, if you are not, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
You will need to then return the items to us within 28 days of delivery and follow the below steps:
Products you wish to return should be unopened/unused and in a ‘new’ condition. If the item has been damaged or the product packaging is not in perfect condition you may not be eligible for a full refund.
Customer is responsible for any return postage costs
Original shipping is non-refundable
We suggest obtaining proof of postage for your return
We package up all of our parcels with great care and with consideration for the planet to ensure your items arrive safely. If any items arrive damaged during transit, please notify us and send us a photograph of the damage so that we can arrange a refund/replacement of the items. Any faulty items will need to have been identified within 30 days of purchase and logged with us via email.
Any refunds made will only be made against the credit/debit card that you used to purchase.
Please bear in mind that the exception to the above are our prints, canvases and any personalised cards. As these are customised orders, they are made to request and are not kept in stock. This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges.
DELIVERY
Postage costs will vary depending on the item/quantity purchased. Please see individual listings for more specifics.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us, generally, you should receive your item within 3-4 days, however, we cannot guarantee this as it will largely depend on what pressures the postal system is under and any delays that are outside of our control.
PRIVACY POLICY
We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The above terms and conditions combined with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.
We do not guarantee or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors and omissions.
You agree that, from time to time, we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without giving prior notice to you.
You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service and products delivered to you through the service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available, for your use, without any representation, warranties or any conditions or merchantability, quality and durability.
In no instance, shall Latitude 50 Landscapes, our directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers and service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any damages, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use or any of the services of products procured from the service or any other claim related in any way to you ruse of the service or product. This includes and is not limited to any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the service or any product posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Latitude 50 Landscapes and all of our associated suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, subcontractors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate, or your violation of any law of the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
